Hi, I''m currently doing a project for my school Java assignment. Its titled Pinball. I gotta hand this in on Monday Currently I''m stuck at how to make the flippers move. Does any of you have an idea or some hints to help me get started? I know it involves angle calculation but I''m totally lost on how to do this. I''d appreciate any help provided. Thanks a million

Maybe you should have started earlier.

Maybe YOU should do some searches on google.

Maybe YOU should do some work for yourself instead of relying on others.

Then again...

In most pinball games I''ve seen the flippers have about 4-15frames of animation. all you do is move between these frames to move the flippers.

However when drawing the frames you are going to have to record the angles the flippers are at (or use a different method of collision detection)...

That should give you enough info to figure it out...

oh yeah... you might want to look at some maths books on trig
