In my menus, my curso goes to darn fast. Heh, so how can I make a simple way to slow it down? Just a simple little fix is all i need. thanks

my text cursor. they are text menus, and when the down key or up key is pressed, it goes way to fast. i need a way to slow down the wat my little curso goes so i can select the menu item that i want.
