How would I put Adware in a downloadable C++ game? It uses SDL. Is there an API for things like this? Like, Google Adsense or MochiMedia but for SDL/C++ games?

P.S. I'm not getting any profits by advertising this company.

You're joking, right? Wow. Make sure to let all of us know which game not to download!

No, I am not a professional programmer. I'm just a hobbyist having fun...

... Ads can add realism to games because you see ads in real life. I not mean ads like google adsense, but ads like we see in real cities...
Then he chose the wrong word. Adware is a malicious piece of software. People spend lots of money on software to get rid of this junk. If a company want to pay so that their ad is turned into a non-obtrusive texture, that is one thing, but that is not adware.

If you want some kind of ad streaming system for companies, like real time ads on billboards, you would simply set up a server side that streams billboard textures to your clients and allow companies to change what texture they wish to show.
