moving meshes via matrix ???

i have followed the directx sample tutoral , for loading a mesh .. tiger.x

i understand the camera part. but how do you move the tiger from side to side , i know it must use a matrix , but how do you link a matrix to the mesh and use the matrix to render the mesh in the place you specify.


or a good link for tutorails for this .

ps , i understand how to use and manipulate matrix's

You can displace the mesh by transforming the world matrix.

pD3DDevice->SetTransform(D3DTS_WORLD, &matrix)
