Hi! I have a trouble with colliding animated convex shapes.
For example this shapes are created in 3ds Max with (per-vertex) animations.
Does NVIDIA PhysX SDK have the method of updating the vertices of shape of the created actor? Or I must to recreate the actor with new vertices?

In general this is not supported. You should split your object into a collection of rigid shapes(eg capsule for a human shape, with arms, legs etc).

But you might be able to do something similar by using a cloth which is static, then animating the vertices. Havnt tried this, but it might work if my understanding is correct.
