I'm using DX9. When i draw a fullscreen quad(two triangles) in a window(600x400), the quad's texture is blur. I think that because the texture size is not 2^n.
But my window is 600x400, not 2^n. I must draw a background that fill the window.
How can i do get rid of texture blur? Thanks all!!!!!

In DX9, if you draw a fullscreen quad you must give the quad a slight offset so it isnt rendered halfway all the pixels, see article:

Can you post a picture of what is meant by "blurred"? Another thing to look into is Minification and Magnification filters and Mip-Mapping, setting these to Linear might give a smoother image when its larger or smaller than its original size.
