1/ What language? C++, C#, C ??

2/ what do you mean by change the virtual functions?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_function#C.2B.2B

virtual functions can be override in a class which inherits a class which contains virtual functions

class myClass
{
public:
virtual void MyMain() const { std::cout << "Hello World!\n";}
};

class MyNewClass : myClass
{
public:
void MyMain() const { std::cout << "Hello my New World!\n";}
};

int main()
{
std::cout << "Starting ..." << std::endl;
myClass c;
c.MyMain();

MyNewClass nC;
nC.MyMain();

return 0;
}

output

Hello World!
Hello New World!
