[SlimDX] PNG-texture loading wrong

I have the following texture:

I load this texture using

Texture mImg = Texture.FromFile(Render.Instance.Device, @"C:\Users\Admin\Downloads\Shuttle.png", D3DX.DefaultNonPowerOf2, D3DX.DefaultNonPowerOf2, 1,
Usage.None, Format.Unknown, Pool.Managed, Filter.None, Filter.None, 0);

But against all of my expectations i get the following result:

Where does that white border come from?
