Hey there :)

We're Beard Games, a small independent student games company. We're currently working on our first Xbox Live Indie Games release. We've had quite a bit of experience with XNA, but have yet to venture into networking of any kind.

We want to make our game multiplayer online over Xbox Live, with 8-16 players against each other at any one time. It's a top-down shooter.

However, we're struggling with the networking side. I can't seem to find any good tutorials that clearly explain how to code networking between Xbox's over Xbox Live in XNA. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Where to start, a good tutorial you know of, or any other help would be brilliant. This looks like a good community and we're looking forward to learning and trying to help others wherever possible.

Thanks in advance,

Lewis
Beard Games.

Yeah i've downloaded and had a look at those, but can't really get my head around it. Just wondered if anyone knew of any tutorials that guided you through it a little more easily.

Thanks,

Lewis.

Fact - network coding is hard. If you can't get you head around it, maybe you should try a simpler game.
