OpenGL Variable 2d renderer behavior...

Hello guys, I made a little opengl2d rendering lib. Only uses the fixed-pipeline and most of the ones who tested this tell me it runs flawlessly. However a minority tells me it's either very slow or renders inconsistently. I have assumed their drivers are fine since that's what they say.

Can you guys tell me if it renders correctly and the FPS in fullscreen and windowed mode?

It's in Freebasic right now but the calls are standard opengl. I'll port this to C++ when get to iron out the glitches.
