Anyone know what Programs or Software are needed to make games for these?

We are looking to make Animations for games and e-learning material for Touch Pad PCs...

We are still researching, any help on how we could develop for these machines would be appreciated.

I think you need Apple SDK for iPad/Pods, + developer license. Have a look at apple'S developer programe http://developer.apple.com/
