I'm using cpp and I have a function defined in a cpp file that takes an object as an argument. That object calls the function so how does it pass itself?

draw_tiles(Editor &editor)

void draw()

I tried using "this" but I get the error:

error C2664: 'draw_tiles' : cannot convert parameter 1 from 'Editor *const ' to 'Editor &'

Can anyone help?
