I'm using cpp and I have a function defined in a cpp file that takes an object as an argument. That object calls the function so how does it pass itself?

tile.cpp
...
draw_tiles(Editor &editor)
/*-----------------------*/

Editor.h
public:
void draw()
{
draw_bg();
draw_tiles(this);
masked_blit(buffer,screen,0,0,0,0,buffer->w,buffer->h);
}

I tried using "this" but I get the error:

error C2664: 'draw_tiles' : cannot convert parameter 1 from 'Editor *const ' to 'Editor &'

Can anyone help?
