I have been messing around with openGL and I decided to try allegro with openGL. The problem is that every time I compile and run the program it gets instantly terminated.
<source>
Compiler: Default compiler
Building Makefile: "C:\Dev-Cpp\Makefile.win"
Executing make...
make.exe -f "C:\Dev-Cpp\Makefile.win" all
g++.exe -D__DEBUG__ -c mainGlAlleg2.cpp -o mainGlAlleg2.o -I"C:/Dev-Cpp/lib/gcc/mingw32/3.4.2/include" -I"C:/Dev-Cpp/include/c++/3.4.2/backward" -I"C:/Dev-Cpp/include/c++/3.4.2/mingw32" -I"C:/Dev-Cpp/include/c++/3.4.2" -I"C:/Dev-Cpp/include" -I"C:/SDL-1.2.14/include" -g3

g++.exe -D__DEBUG__ mainGlAlleg2.o AllegGL2_private.res -o "AllegGL2.exe" -L"C:/Dev-Cpp/lib" -L"C:/SDL-1.2.14/lib" -mwindows -lagl -lalleg -lopengl32 -lglu32 -g3

Execution terminated
Compilation successful
</source>

This was just a simple program
<source>
#include <allegro.h>
#include <alleggl.h>

void Init()
{
allegro_init();
install_allegro_gl();
install_keyboard();

set_gfx_mode(GFX_OPENGL_WINDOWED, 640, 480, 0, 0);

glClearColor(0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0);
}

int main()
{
Init();
glClear(GL_COLOR_BUFFER_BIT);
readkey();
return 0;
}
END_OF_MAIN();
</source>

When the window closes it is still viewable in the task bar. The only way to get rid of it is to use the task manager.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is an update on the situation. The program is running but I can't seem to see any window. When I click on the minimized icon I still don't see anything appear.
