How can I get Code::Blocks

I have Windows 7 and I recently reformatted everything. I used to use Code::Blocks, however, it seems that the installer is no longer available for download.
What can I do? I don't think I'm knowledgeable enough to build it from source, especially without an IDE to help. All my stuff is in the form of Code::Blocks projects so I'd prefer to keep using the same IDE if possible.

Like I said, the download links don't work. I know it's not on my end because others have complained of the same problem.

Sorry, earlier I only tried the first link. That one works, but the second one doesn't.

I found another link here, I just tried it and it works.
