I'm working on learning textures, and i believe i can do it by using triangles to create objects, that way i have all the vertices i need to apply the texture. However, is there a function to get the vertices of a Direct3D primitive like a box or sphere in order to apply a texture to it? or if not how would it be done? I have looked through the directx help file and haven't really found a function, but maybe i missed it somewhere.
