In 3D max 4800 Ticks = 1 Sec
The FPS is 30 frame/sec.

Could somebody know what is the tick?

What is the meaning of variable of tick/frame(160 in the AnimationKey)?

How do I control and set the variable animation sampling rate? (in 3ds Max,Panda,KW X-port plugin)

I mean what is the relation between[mathematics involved] :
1] Frame Rate [mostly fixed at 30Fps]
2] Animation Sampling Rate [Default is 30, What is its Unit ?]
3] How the no.[ 0 , 160 , 320 ] r generated in X file shown below if a
animation is present from frame 0 - frame 40 in 3D max

tick/sec=tick/frame * frame/sec
4800 = 160 *30

There is an AnimationKey of xfile in tick/frame as below:
Animation {

AnimationKey {
0;//rotational key
370;//number 0f key
0;4;0.650699,-0.042185,-0.036247,-0.757296;;,
160;4;0.654606,-0.045359,-0.039402,-0.753579;;,
320;4;0.656467,-0.046223,-0.040358,-0.751854;;,
