DX11 serialize dx 11 buffers

Hy.
I'm creating a little dx 11 engine .
I would , among other things , serialize the dx11 buffers.
Is possible get the primitive data(int,float, ecc....)from a buffer and save it in a file stream?
How i can iterate and extract the data from a dx 11 buffer?
And the order(for the deserialization) is always the same?

how i can serialize a scene or a node in a scenegraph with dx11 without serialize buffers?
i can save all the informations in a std vector with the vertex structure of the buffer, but i must double the memory in use!
and for textures?
