some question about OpenGL render context

I use GetDC() to get wglCreateContext()'s parameter HDC,when I use CreateWindow to get the window's handle in order to use GetDC(),I cannot make the right render context(application return no errors)
But when I transmit the CALLBACK function WindowProc()'s hWnd to GetDC() in the WM_CRATE message,my application is successed.
who can explain this to me?thx
