OpenGL Running Beginning OpenGL Game Programming Second edition, compilation error.

I tried to set up Code::Blocks to compile the example. I got all the libs and include files set up, but I keep getting this error:


||=== simple, Debug ===|
ld.exe||cannot find -lGL|
||=== Build finished: 1 errors, 0 warnings ===|

It is the example in chapter 1. I read through everything, and it does not really explain how to set up OpenGL...

I have been looking this error up for the last couple of days. It has been a road block, and I need some help...

Am I not doing something right? Anyone used this book, if so, how were you able to compile the code.

System:
HP Pavilion dv6-3050us
ATI Radeon Mobility HD 5650
4GB RAM
AMD 2.0 Quad Core
Windows 7 Prem 64-bit
