What would you suggest for physics programming portfolio ?

I would like to learn , what would you suggest to have in the portfolio
for entry level physics programming jobs in the game industry ?

What about those above :

Implementation of a collision detection system from scratch

Wrapping Havok/Physix and integrate to a custom graphics engine/renderer ?

Implementing a physics engine from scratch which is the hardest ( actually looking for developing simpler technology demos due to time constraints)
