Hi everyone,

This is my first post here ;) I work together with Wracky on a simple yet powerful game engine focused on modern PC's and mobile phones.

I've written a tutorial on the development of our Octree, which you can find here: Space Partitioning Tutorial: Piko3D’s Dynamic Octree

Our octree is a fully dynamic growing, shrinking, splitting and merging octree which does not need any information beforehand how large the world is going to be, or how many objects are included. The tutorial is intended for giving game engine developers ideas on how to implement their octree.

At the end of the tutorial is a cool movie that shows our octree in action ;)

Any feedback (positive or negative) is welcome!
