Does VC++ 2010 Express has code completion option?

I think what you want can be found when pressing CTRL + Space.

Yeah, I thought so.
However it prints message on VC++ statusbar that Intellisense: Unavailable for C++/CLI. So it won't work in my project :[
That sucks!

MVS 2010 does not have code completion for CLI. I think previous versions do.

Too bad you aren't using the basic VS above express, you could probably use visual assist x to get the code completion.
