Say i want to rotate an arbitrary point around a centerpoint a certain real distance.

For example, i have a centerpoint (0,0,0). I have a point at 32,0,0. I want to rotate around the centerpoint 10 units. I know how to rotate a point using degrees and or radians; I just need an equation to figure out how degrees translate to distance at a certain distance from the center point... does this make sense?
