OpenGL Using glfont for displaying text ?

Hi all,

I am new to openGL. I am trying to add text in an opengl prog using opengl 3.2. I want to display some text as HUD on the top of screen without effecting the program.

Can anyone explain me how I can achieve it using glfont2 ???

Have you actually read any of the text on the glfont2 site? It seems to give an explanation of how to use it, otherwise explain exactly what you have a problem understanding.

Yes I haven looked in but the example doesn't work. Glut can be used for printing text in openGL 3.2 isn't it ?

I got a nice tutorial of Glut so trying it. But the problem is that I need ortho projection for text and the other rendering also to take place with different projection, such that the program works.
