XNA error w/ VS2010

I had installed XNA a while ago, and I know the projects worked.

After installing DX10, I began getting an XNA error whenever I would convert a DirectX project (Ex: VS2008 to VS2010 project). I paid it no mind until I wanted to make another XNA project...I now get the same error:
