question about 64bit program running on 32bit pc

im assuming this wont even load. Check my reasoning behind this.
64bit address space is much larger then 32, so first of all the loader will not be able to address this ammount of virtual memory.

even if it was able to load,the use of 64 bit registers would be unknown to the current 32bit cpu, and most likely crash when u try and access an unknown operand type(example 64bit register - RAX(64bit) - EAX(32bit))
