To derail from all the sarcastic replies so far.

Judging from that list, you want make the next ZOMFG-World-of-Warcraft-killer-MMO, like every other new game developer dreams of.

Pro-tip of the day: Dream, but leave it like that for now

Start out with something simple, a text-based adventure game. A clone of Pong, just something that gets you started without too many questions. And after a few years of experience you can start thinking of your dream again, by then you will probably have enough experience to understand it's an impossible task without an army backing you up.

Not mocking you. Just trying to get you to expand on what you asked as it wasn't clear to me. Perhaps I am the one who should be asking for help? Any doctors in here?

I wasn't mocking you either. I was giving you some realistic advice. Perhaps in a harsh way, sorry for that.

Since you mention game FORMULAS, you might want to either:

a) download FAQ & walk through on adventure games/RPG
b) buy the official tip book.

some walkthrough on some games does have complete formula. for example, just search jagged alliance 2 walk through. it's a formula heavvy game (in the background).

EDIT: And you can learn from there.

The formulas are what make your game, your game. World of Warcraft works pretty well because they figured out formulas that would work well with "their" game.

No one can do your game design for you, unless you are just planning on copying someone else's game. These are the things that make your game unique, so sorry to say it but it is something you have to do.

just buy guide book to whatever game you would love to emulate, or learn from. but that warcraft link is great to learn from too.

you can use simple tools to run simulation of your formula. excel work great too.
