[XNA 3.1] How can I access model animations on 360 if I can't use NodeContent class?

If I wish to process a model and extract its Animation data how can I do this on the XBOX 360 if I can't use the NodeContent class?

MSDN states here that I can only use it on the Windows platform.

The XNA content pipeline is windows-only, and NodeContent is part of those assemblies. The point of the content pipeline is to do all your asset processing on a PC as an "offline" process, then the actual runtime (PC, XBOX, etc) would use the output of the content pipeline (which are XNB files).

And in regards to animation data, the framework doesn't provide any runtime classes, so you have to make them yourself and consequently make your own content processor in order to process the animation data. Here's a sample from the creator's club if you haven't seen it yet:
