UDK Content loading with UnrealScript

Hello, I'm trying to dynamically load a mesh from the Content Browser, in UDK, using strings, but I can't find any tutorials or even mentioning of that in UDK documentation.

For static loading I would have something like:
local Material mat;
mat=Material'package_name.material_address';

However, if I have a string MaterialName that holds the address of the material in the content browser, how would I go about loading this material into mat var?
