Sprite Animations Flickering When Using Frame Independent Movement

Hello, I have a problem regarding sprite animation when my game loop is running frame-rate independently.
The problem is that occasionally a white line will appear under my character, like the frame is offset by a pixel caused by the interpolation.

My characters x position is decided by x velocity * (deltaticks / 1000.f) * 60.
I'm wondering if there is a way I can synchronize my animation frame using the same technique to accommodate this.
Or if the problem lies within something different...
