In C# Visual Studios 2010, Where Is The Picturebox Properties Arrow?

I have the Picturebox on my form, and I can't find the properties arrow >_>.

If you highlight the PictureBox control (click on it) it should appear in the top right corner near the resize handle.

It's in the same place as it's always been, as far as I can tell! Does that not work?
