Constraints in 3DS Max.

I know how to limit the rotation of a bone in Blender but I'm unaware of how this is done in 3DS Max. I'm trying to do this because my game engine uses the FBX sdk to import models but the blender fbx exporter does not export constraints. I'm probably going to rewrite it and submit my modifications to blender but I don't know if fbx files use degrees or radians so I tried to add a constraint to a bone using 3DS Max so that I can export it and look at the fbx file but I have no idea how to add a rotation constraint to a bone in 3DS Max. Can someone help me out here?
