Is there any way i could get directx runing in Intel's c++ compiler???

Uhh. It should work fine with DirectX out of the box. It's compatible with the Windows SDK headers and libraries. If you have Microsoft Visual Studio installed, it'll install a VS add-in allowing you to use the Intel compilers from within the IDE. It's a drop-in replacement for MSVC++. At least the commercial Windows version is. The non-commercial community version for Linux is of course more of a drop-in replacement for GCC.
