[font="Arial,"]I have set up a frustum with fov=60, near=0.1,far=1000,aspect ratio=3/2 yet it isn`t coming nice--my object appears to be stretched in forward direction.suggest something that might help.[/font]

problem with frustum
30 fov sounds quite narrow, have you experimented with some other values? Also make sure your aspect ratio matches the pixel ratio in your viewport.
I did 45 60 90 and yes pixel ratio matches
also i m using width and height of view port to get aspect ratio.

I think he was implying that you may be doing int/int division, which will give you a result that is not what you expect.
