the tutorials i found on the internet are pretty shallow that only go over the very basic as to put characters into the game, making a starting point and making the grass on the floor.
I want something more advanced in a programming level.
How to begin StarCraft editor?
Well guys, God Tutorials don't exist, that's the sad truth. I don't know what you are expecting. A tutorial about a Starcraft sized editor that's about 2 million lines of code. Are you serious?
You have a basic tutorial on the material, so it's time do do some work and research and expand it
(shit, This world is so fucked. There's no tutorial about making Halo 10).

Here are some more advanced tutorials, (They also got a fairly decent API documentation)

I don't think the OP is looking for how to build a StarCraftII-like editor, but rather, how to actually use the StarCraftII editor.
(Though, I completely agree with you, szecs.)

Ahh! That makes perfect sense. This kind of question is kind of rare here, that's why I assumed wrongly. Sorry.
