Hello,
Recently, I bought the book from a local bookshop, but they said it needs 6 weeks before the order comes back.
I wonder if the book contains any samples for animating multiple instances of an object. I've read the reviews from amazon, one of the readers said this book only covers surface levels on this aspect. I wonder the CD-ROM would contain any code I need?
Thanks in advance
Jack
A question on the book "Character Animation With Direct3D"
I bought the book from Amazon. It ships with a CD containing a lot of samples and Render Monkey.
The following list shows some of the samples (comes in CD):
* Vertex Shader based skeletal animation
* Morphing
* Ragdoll simulation
* Facial animation
* Wrinkle maps
* Crowd Simulation -> That's what you expect!
* Character decals
* Hair animation
* ...
hth.
