[SlimDX] Device.CreateSamplerState

What is the equivalent in SlimDX of DirectX ID3D11Device::CreateSampleState?

I've create an application for displaying a texture and adding a simple effect.

I've done it with SlimDX and DirectX 9 first, all is OK! My texture is well displayed as I want.

I want to use DirectX11 so I write the same application with SlimDx and DirectX 11.
But in this case my texture is pixelated when my camera go back and not when I zoom in.

Any idea?
