Uncompress lzx using c#

Hi i have two questions:
-How can i decompress lzx files with c#, What dll must i use?
-If i open a lzx compressed file with an hexaeditor whic are the flag bytes that shows that the files is lzx compressed?

I don't know of any .Net libraries off the top of my head which do LZX. You could port the C source of unlzx listed on the Wikipedia page, though. It's only 1300 lines of code and no external dependencies, so it should be pretty easy.

Where are you getting lzx files from? Why not just decompress them with a third-party utility and use the uncompressed stuff directly in your actual program (or convert to a more common compression format)?

(If your project is actually to make a decompression utility, then this goes in General Programming rather than Game Programming.)

The lzx files are from Xbox games, i want to study the format of that files but first i need to decompress them
