Partitioning Dynamic Objects

hi guys

I'm working on a partial tree and dynamic objects.

I know that it's possible to transform the bounding box.

and another way is to update the bounding box of any D3DXFRAME per frame.(more accurate)

and then , partitioning the bounding boxes.

a ) is this scenario OK?

b ) is there any way to calculate the bounding box faster?

any idea is welcome!!!
