Cube Map Arrays? Any source code examples?

Hi Everyone,

I am very surprised ,I have been looking for hours on the web for any example or indepth documentation on Cube Map Arrays which was introduced in DX10.1 however cannot find anything! There is a demo by ATI called the ping pong demo however there is no source code in the demo (Does anyone know if this is available).

I would greatly appreciate any help and preferably some example code as to how Do I set up the the Cube Map arrays and how to access them in the shader. More specifically how to I setup to render multiple n number of Cubemaps in a single drawcall.
