C++ Game Loop

Does anybody have a good example of a good rts game loop that:
A) Shows a proper way to add multiplayer into the mix. (Raknet or similiar)
B) Keeps the physics engine going at steady rate. (Physx or Bullet)
C) Deals with slow hardware/fast hardware.
C) Anything I forgot to mention(which is hell of a lot) or didn't think of.

Anything that can help avoid pitfalls is welcome. (Especially network part)
