export 3ds max file to x file

Hi,I'm confused with how to export a 3ds max file to x file format,I think I just use the panda exporter,but the model when become a x file they can't use ! why?

Could you give us more information? Why can't you use the exported model?

Does the import of the xported model fail? You can try to use the assimp export API ( see assimp homepage ). But I am not sure if the X exporter is already finished.

A complicate solution may indicate a not understood problem.
