Is it possible to integrate Havok physics and animation into a graphics engine?

Possible? Sure. You'd need to script our the entire scene and just fix your camera positions so the player can't move them (if that's what you want). Tuts? I wouldn't think you'd need any if you can pair Havok with your game to begin with.
