Bugged animations in the XNA 4.0 SkinnedModelProcessor Sample ?

Long story short. I tried some animated characters in the 3.1 sample, just replacing the "dude", and they work great. However, in the 4.0 version, the animations are very bugged. Here`s a vid, to see what`s happening. The models get stretched, deformed. Any idea how can i fix this?
