[C# and SlimDX]DirectX10/11 Screen Capture and Overlay

I need help using SlimDX and DirectX11 or DirectX10 (preferably 11 but I heard something about lack of overlay support in 11 so maybe 10) to capture the entire desktop window (including possible d3d games that are running) and render it in the upper right hand corner of my screen in an overlay.

I would appreciate a really good tutorial or a really good in depth explanation because I have little to no experience with DirectX outside of XNA. Also if anyone can give me more information on capturing "Layered Windows" I would appreciate it too.

I'll be thankful for any help.
