Question About GameMonkey script

I'm trying to come up with a way to script game objects in GameMonkey. I have a function for each event that an object should perform in a certain order, that being Create, Step, Draw, and last Destroy. The thing is that they are all global functions. I want each of my objects to have that same structure for simplicity. So when I execute all of the objects' scripts will there be some kind of error? If so, how should I redesign my entity system to do this properly because right now i'm just using gmCall::BeginGlobalFunction.
