Need an Engine which can do this.

I have just begun planning on making a game. for the game I will need an engine that can create new vertices on the fly. for a baisc understanding of a game look here [url="http://voidgames.wordpress.com/game-dev-page/about/"]http://voidgames.wordpress.com/game-dev-page/about/[/url]
Also if anyone is interested in the idea help would be appreciated. Also some requirements for the engine
It needs to be easy to use since I am just a beginner
It needs to have an easy to learn scripting language
It needs to have good tutorials I can use

I'd be surprised if you found an engine that did everything you want as standard as well as fulfilling all these criteria:

[color="#1c2837"][size="2"]I haven't used it but have heard good things about Unity and that it is quite user friendly but I can't imagine you will download the free version and it will give you a step by step guide of exactly what you need to do to create your dream game. [/size][/color]
[color="#1c2837"][size="2"]If you want to make a game with specific mechanics, chances are you will need to implement them yourself. This is why big games companies use in-house engines or pay large sums of money to use other peoples engines with lots of support from the developers.[/size][/color]
