Is this concerning techniques which are sensitive intellectual property? If not, then you can post it right here, where there are plenty of experts - anyone with a rating of 400 (say) or more on these forums is usually able to give sound feedback and advice on general techniques - and a public forum can provide more than one perspective on the same problem. Depending on how specialist your question is, a single 'professional programmer' might not have the specific knowledge you are looking for.

+ , when you post here others can benefit from the answer aswell which makes people more willing to help. (If we have to first help you, then the next guy who comes around with the same question it quickly gets tedious)

I am willing to provide any assistance you need. My standard consultation fee is $150/hr USD, with a minimum charge of 2 hours of time per incident. For an additional $250/hr USD I can be available on-call 24/7 for high-demand operations.
