I'm looking for... the google docs/zoho of code. I've tried google code, and the svn-ing is a tad complicated for me. Does anyone know of any websites that are designed to host program code (and are free to use) (google docs has spacing sync issues that kill my tabs)? I mean like something where I can download/upload an entire project folder and possibly edit the content inside the web browser (it's hard to keep using a flash drive/email to keep moving tens of files between two computers). Like some website X such that
Google docs : Notepad = X : Programmer's Notepad
Anyone know of anything like that?

This is your real problem. You need to learn to use a version control system. Suck it up and do it -- you'll have to learn it later anyway, and it will make your life better immediately. Google code supports mercurial so you might as well learn that, because it's better than svn. See http://hginit.com/ for more information and then read the instructions on google code.
Seconded. Learning to use a revision system is well, well worth the time. If you're on Windows, look into TortoiseSVN or TortoiseHg depending on which VCS you select. I'd also lean towards Mercurial.
