D3D draw point in screen coord

hi,I am writing a software rendering-pipeline .now, i have a problem that how to draw point in screen coord. Because of mycode is in d3d, who can tell how to draw point in d3d with creen coord?

I would recommend creating a texture that has the size of the screen and simply update the texture with your new pixels, or lock and update the back-buffer.
